What fuels me?

Traveling
Mostly traveling solo—no set agenda, no one to cater to, just me and the beauty around me.

Cooking
I love experimenting with new recipes and discovering creative ways to use different ingredients.

Dancing
Whether it's in my bedroom, a dance club, or a Zumba class, dance is the best way to release energy.

What grounds me?

Walks in nature
I make it a point to get outside and walk every day, even if it’s just for 10 minutes. Fresh air truly works wonders.

Breath work
While sitting still for meditation is challenging for me, I find focusing on my breath helps calm my nerves.

Journaling
I make it a habit to write down three things I’m grateful for each day and use audio journaling to release the day’s highs and lows.
